"IT WORKED!!!! My Generac generator ran like a top on Monday evening after the three-hour power outage started at 7:15. I felt so smug. We finished watching a movie, brushed our teeth in the light, and went to bed in the cool. Thank you, Austin Generator!!!! Your installation last year was very professional. Your support has been impeccable. Well done! Pat"

"The team from Austin Generator Service just completed installing a 22kw Generac system for my home. They were absolute professionals, very courteous, attentive to every detail and had everything coordinated with the city of Leander inspectors.nPutting the home on the generator / testing was done after everything was connected and the technician went over the system with me to ensure I was comfortable with the basics.nSuper happy with the purchase and the service partner!"

"We recently purchased a Generac whole house generator for Austin Generator Service. They took care of all the permits, the install process was very smooth. The techs explained all the steps involved in the set-up. It does a test run each week, sounds like a power washer. I asked the next door neighbors if they could hear it and they said no. Perfect!"

"I had my Generator installed in 2022. everyone involved from scheduling to the technicians and install team were professional and friendly. Kept the area clean and the final product was beautiful and looks great by the house. This recent freeze was the true test. Our area was out of power for 3 days and we stayed running the whole time. I didn’t have to lift a finger. We only used 15% of our propane in my 500gal tank. My elderly mom lives in the garage apartment next to us and generac ran both houses. It was a true blessing."

"We began shopping around for a generator around October 2023. Following positive reviews, we settled on Austin Generator Service for our install. After contacting Mr. Mike Garza, receiving an estimate, and making the required down payment, the next big event was the install.nnFirst the generator was dropped off. I was surprised to see only one person show up to drop off the generator since we had settled on a 22kW model and it is NOT small! To my surprise though, the gentleman had everything he needed to handle the task: a truck with a lift, a wheeled dolly designed for lifting, balancing, and transporting the generator, and a pre-molded pad for the generator to rest on. In mere minutes, the generator was off the truck and on the pad, and perfectly positioned!nnNext up was wiring the generator and Automatic Transfer Switch into our electrical panel which occurred the next day. Our utility company had to briefly cut our power, something Austin Generator Service had coordinated, and the power was quickly restored. The installation team made short work of the task and with testing and checks completed, our system was up and running by early December.nnThe generator was scheduled to exercise for about five minutes at 9:00 AM every other Saturday, and while it was comforting to hear it fire up during the exercise routines, a little piece of me wondered what would REALLY happen during a power outage. I didn’t know it, but I was about to find out.nnAt exactly 9:29 this morning, our generator received its first real world power outage and sprung into action like a champ . . . while we barely even noticed. My wife was sleeping while I was laying in bed listening to a podcast. The first thing I noticed the light on my Apple Watch blink on and off as it rested on its charging base. After removing my AirPods from my ears, I could barely hear the faint hum of the generator. I remember thinking this was odd because it’s scheduled to exercise at 9:00, not nearly 9:30, and it had already exercised LAST weekend. After stepping outside and confirming that the generator was indeed running, I noticed the flashing clocks on our oven and microwave and realized that the power had gone out.nnThe power was only out for an hour and forty-five minutes, a descent amount of time for us to see our generator function as advertised and short enough that our neighbors were not inconvenienced for too long.nnFYI, we live outside the city limits and our generator is LPG-powered, and while we had to secure our own propane tank and propane provider, Austin Generator Service took care of EVERYTHING else, the installation really was easy. Our generator contains a Wi-Fi module allowing us to monitor and control it remotely using Generac's Mobile Link app on our smart phones.nnThank you Austin Generator Service for the flawless installation, and thank you Generac for making such a quality product!nnNeed a standby generator? Then I highly recommend giving Austin Generator Service a call, they’ll get you squared away!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Business Law legal services in Austin, TX.

Business law attorneys assist a wide range of clients, from sole proprietors and startups to established corporations and partnerships. Common clients include technology companies, retail businesses, real estate ventures, and professional services firms operating in Austin and throughout Texas.
You should look for a firm with experience in the specific area of business law relevant to your needs, whether that is contract work, entity formation, or dispute resolution. It also helps to find an attorney who takes time to understand your industry and communicates clearly about your legal options.
While Texas law does not require an attorney to form a business entity, having legal guidance during the process can help you choose the right structure and avoid costly mistakes. An attorney can also ensure your founding documents, such as operating agreements or bylaws, are properly drafted to protect all parties involved.
Fee structures vary depending on the firm, the complexity of your matter, and the type of services required. Some attorneys bill hourly while others offer flat fees for specific services, so it is best to ask the firm directly about their approach during your initial conversation.
A business dispute refers broadly to any conflict between parties in a commercial relationship, such as a contract disagreement or partnership conflict. Business litigation is the formal legal process of resolving that dispute through the court system, though many disputes in Texas are resolved through negotiation or mediation before reaching that stage.
