Eghrari.nAnd Mark, I received one of your mailings to my home this week which further compelled me to write this review.n-Please remove me from your mailing list.nnMany years ago back in 1993, 1994 and 1995. I had met this Attorney and I worked with him to help some of my clients along with my own parents fulfill all aspects their estate planning needs.nnMark had focused on a cookie-cutter approach on all his estate planning plans / trusts -at least back then anyway.nThe fancy large leather binder, and all those papers in between that he hands off to his clients after charging them thousands of dollars, honestly does nothing for his clients and that’s why many of them, including my own parents had to redo their trusts, etc.nnIt had soon become very apparent that Mark’s only focus was to make a lot money and charge people thousands of dollars for an estate plan that is not focused completely on the needs of his clients.nnPlease find another ATTORNEY- please do yourself a favor and do NOT work with this man or his firm.nnAnd yes, back then back in the 90s, he was a big seminar guy and I can see today he still focuses on all of these “free seminars” to capture new clients. (I received one of his mailings this week announcing all of the seminars at the end of January 2026.nnTrust me ultimately he’s going to end up back charging you for attending the seminar if you become a client.nnAlso, if he was that great of an estate planning attorney, ask yourself - wouldn’t you think that most of his new business would come from referrals? Think about it , hence this is why you should definitely not consider working with him or his firm."
