"I am quite disappointed with the service I received from my lawyer, Michael Russo. I contacted them in January after sustaining a workplace injury, and they assured me they would handle my case, striving to secure a settlement and the necessary treatment for my injuries. However, months passed without any updates. When I finally reached out, Mr. Russo informed me that he could not pursue my case because my employer lacked insurance. He stated that they could only assist with my treatment, which I never received. I feel that he did not genuinely attempt to secure a settlement on my behalf. I suspect a lack of diligence from their team, particularly from another representative, Patrick, who I found to be unprofessional, often making light of a serious situation. I am still awaiting treatment. Mr. Russo also mentioned that if I wished to discontinue the case, I could do so, implying there was nothing more he could do. I expressed my desire for treatment, but I have yet to receive any response from him or his firm. I feel my time has been wasted, and I am now considering seeking alternative legal representation.
