"Amazing group! We called after 8pm and were told we’d receive a call back that night. Within 30 minutes we were speaking to Kathie Perry, a managing partner at the firm. She was thorough and helpful. The next morning we retained Amanda Price with Kathie as additional representation. In all my experiences with law firms, I have never been asked or encouraged to choose a second attorney. This is beneficial for brainstorming and strategy. Within five days, the issue was resolved. There were no paralegals involved. Amanda was quick to respond to emails and willing to take calls. I’ve never been so impressed by a law firm and can’t thank them enough."

"We chose The Criminal Defense Team after calling others because Chris broke everything down clearly and was fully prepared to fight for our case. He was available for any and all questions we had. JD was able to resolve our matter with what we believe was the best case scenario for what we were looking at. They are professional and we could tell they really cared with our case."

"What an amazing experience we had with Kathie Perry and this firm. This group is more than attorneys. They are very personable and really do care about their clients. They work hard and are diligent in their work. The most important thing is their communication. They ensure you completely understand each step of the process and when you have a question, they respond timely to calls or emails. Their expertise and experience are reflected in their quality work. When you hire an attorney from this firm, you get the group of expertise which is a great bonus. Thank you Kathie and The Criminal Defense Team!!nNicole M"

"If you’re looking for transparency, accountability, or basic professionalism, Baldwin Law is not the place. I was sued without ever receiving a single invoice beforehand. When I requested proof of the charges, the attorney Corey B. Baldwin completely ignored me.nnInstead of answering simple questions, I was threatened with a lien on my property — over vague and inflated HOA fees with no breakdown or supporting documents. I showed up to court on time; they didn’t. And yet somehow they pushed forward without consequences.nnFeels less like a law firm and more like a collection agency in disguise."

"ASTOUNDING!! The Criminal Defense Team provided me with outstanding service! Andy Baldwin was my attorney, and did phenomenal work. His knowledge of the law seemed unsurpassed in the courtroom. He provided me with information and options that I didn't know were feasible for my case. I had a few hearings with one of his partners, Mark Kamish, due to scheduling conflicts, but was fortunate to have met him. He seemed to be a reflection of Andy in demeanor, knowledge, and accommodating personality. The whole staff is great!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Criminal Defense Law legal services in Noblesville, IN.

The most important step after an arrest is to exercise your right to remain silent and request an attorney before answering any questions from law enforcement. Anything you say can be used against you, so it is critical to have legal representation present during questioning.
In Indiana, misdemeanors are less serious offenses that typically carry potential jail sentences of up to one year, while felonies are more serious charges that can result in longer prison sentences and more lasting consequences. The classification of your charge will significantly affect the penalties you face and the strategies available to your defense attorney.
Yes, in some cases criminal charges can be dismissed or reduced depending on the strength of the evidence, procedural issues, or the availability of diversion programs. An experienced criminal defense attorney can review the details of your case to identify weaknesses in the prosecution's evidence and pursue the best possible outcome on your behalf.
Indiana law does allow for the expungement of certain criminal records under specific conditions, which can limit who is able to see a past conviction or arrest. Eligibility depends on factors such as the nature of the offense and how much time has passed, so consulting with a criminal defense attorney can help you understand your options for clearing your record.
Even if you are considering a guilty plea, having an attorney represent you is strongly advisable because a lawyer can negotiate with prosecutors to potentially secure a reduced charge or lighter sentence. Without legal guidance, you may unknowingly accept terms that carry consequences — such as impacts on employment or housing — that could have been minimized with proper representation.
