In our quest to escape a timeshare scam that my mother and I were lured into during our vacation in Mexico, we conducted extensive research to find the right legal assistance, ultimately leading us to the Finlaw Firm. Before reaching out to them, we were cautious, having encountered numerous timeshare exit companies that sought to charge us exorbitant fees and push us into further dubious contracts.What convinced us about Finlaw was their numerous positive reviews from satisfied clients and their BBB accreditation, which gave us the assurance that they were a legitimate law firm. Our initial contact led us to request a conversation with Mike Finn, the owner of the firm. While he was not in the office at the time, he promptly returned our call, displaying patience as he meticulously addressed all our inquiries. I called Finn Law Group after signing a contract with Wyndham for a timeshare. The intake manager, Tammie, called me back on a holiday (Memorial Day) and took time to review my situation. She determined that I was still in my rescission time and felt the steps I had already taken would resolve my problem. She did not charge me to triage this and was honest. After realizing this timeshare company wasn't going to hold up their end of the agreement, I felt helpless and uncertain as to if there was going to be anyone to help me. I had contacted some companies that I found online but they seemed very sketchy and didn't have good reviews but then I found Finn Law Group.Everyone I spoke to, either by phone or email, was very helpful, quick to respond and very attentive. Finn Law Group has different people in different departments that handle different aspects of the process. They send you documents that you need to fill out but they do all the work and communication with the time share companies. This was extremely relieving because anytime I tried to talk with the time share people, they were less than helpful.The process takes a while, 6-12 months and was kind of pricey for me however well worth it!!! It was stressful to sit and wait but I trusted Finn Law Group. They know what they're doing and have been doing it a long time. They told me they couldn't promise a resolution but after 8 long months, they finally got a resolution and I was out from under it 100% !!!I highly recommend Finn Law Group. You won't be disappointed.

I write this review while currently retaining Finn Law Group in a timeshare manner.TLDR: They do what they say they will do.The timeshare industry is an industry full of half truths and straight up lies. Even the timeshare exit industry is full of people ready to scam you.I took a risk with Finn Law group, because I knew I did not have the legal expertise to maneuver around all the crazy loopholes and run arounds that they throw to ensure you pay them for life.After they got my information, they gave me an action plan, and I followed through on my end. I was nervous that they may not do so on their end.Then I got a letter in the mail from the company I am in dispute with, proving that Finn law absolutely followed through on what they promised they would do.Though my current situation is not yet complete, I know that they keep their word. We are extremely pleased with their counsel in getting our timeshare canceled. They explained the process and charged a very reasonable fee. Importantly, the timeshare company mistakenly placed a foreclosure on our credit report. A few months ago my siblings and I realized that our parents, in their 80's, were no longer able to afford the maintenance fees for the timeshares they had purchased several years earlier. Joel Osborne is amazing!I was actually approved for a mortgage because he was able to communicate with my lender about a glitch that took place with the law firm that set up my business LLC. We contacted Finn Law group in November of 2019 to dissolve our timeshare in Carlsbad CA. They worked diligently for over 2 years . It took this long due to Covid hitting our country in 2020. Today is February the 10th, 2022 and it has finally been resolved. We are no longer in Ownership of a time share. Thank you Dain Page for all the hard work you did and for always being so responsive to our calls. Finn Law Group has helped me get out of now one but 4 deceptive timeshares that I had gotten myself caught up in some type of way. In one case the company was telling me I was upgrading to VIP when in all actuality they were adding a new and separate contract every single time. Well, I hired Finn Law Group to assist in this matter and they were able to help me get released from all of the contracts. Jennifer Rodriguez was my contact person who worked on my case. She put in a lot of work because the timeshare company took quite a while to finally release me. Jennifer kept me up to date and well informed throughout this lengthy process. This firm is very quick, honest and fair in price. After searching and talking to other 10-15 timeshare cancellation firms, I signed Finn Law group in FL. My timeshare got cancelled in one month. Highly recommend.
