"We contacted him due to finding out that a form had not been filed and he was the former probate attorney.When I spoke with him he informed me the case just needed to be reopened with the court and that there was time to file this prior to our scheduled closing date of 3/18..he said he had a meeting but would contact me back that afternoon or the following day.Ive had no further contact even though I have reached out by phone and email.I completely do not understand this process with probate attorneys and how the courts allow them to no longer represent you when they have not properly completed the case yet were paid.So here we are trying to find another probate attorney.So I do not advise using him for probate matters.Oviously he is not a man of his word considering he didnt contact me as he stated he would."
